VCSU Family Weekend is the first time many families will see their students after dropping them off for college. By this time, students will be settled into campus and hopefully enjoying college life. Join your student for a weekend full of fun activities and campus events to learn about their new home away from home!

Valley City is located in the heart of the Sheyenne River Valley. With each season brings new opportunities to discover the beauty of the area. Take a tour of the city's beautiful and historic bridges over the Sheyenne River, learn about railroad history at the Rosebud Visitor Center, or walk downtown to shop in a handful of charming boutiques.
